Service Registration Page

I was getting help to get me through the sign-up process for the pso2 preopen beta, and I preemptively closed out of the page before registering. So I'm hunting for the "Service Registration Page". If anyone could link me in that general direction, that would be great.

First, log in HERE (https://cha.isao.net/profile_oem/OEMLogin.php?product_name=pso2) (good luck with the Japanese captcha).
Then, click on the link right above your personal data, that says "サービス選択へ".
Find "ファンタシースターオンライン2" in the list and press the button underneath it. You should be all set.

You can use this katakana keyboard (http://www.lexilogos.com/keyboard/katakana.htm) for the captcha if you need to. Match up the characters, punch them in, copy/paste.
