in the closed beta, you can use 100 AC (I think) to make new characters. seeing as they only gave us AC for free in the closed beta I'd assuming you'd have to pay to make another. I don't think you can buy AC for the Pre-Open Beta though.

You can delete the first character you made you make another on. At the moment there is no other option as AC isn't available yet.
