How can I log in and activate my account? Please help!

So I already made an account and everything, but I have no idea how to activate it. Whenever I type in my username and password in the game, I get error 601. So because I already registered my account, how can I activate it? Thanks!

if your name has no capitals/capitals trying typing it exactly.

I suggest making a new account.

You attech PSO2 to your account in process of making it. To attach it after the fact requires you to log in to the jp sega website.

This lies the problem. To login you have to fill in a security test in katakana :x
