It says that your OS is not supported. What is the OS that you are using, by the way? PSO2 only supports 32 bit Windows XP and 32 and 64 bit Windows Vista and 7. I was going to make my friend experiment with Windows 8, but he went with 7 instead.

Did you try right clicking and "Run as Administrator"?
I've never had this problem [jinx] but I did for a completely different program and running as admin worked.

it wasnt the admin. it was under file properties the game installed to work under windows xp. i had to change it to windows 7 now it works
