Okay, from what I can tell, you'll either have to buy:
- Marked Windows 7 Ultimate/Professional DSP gets you the Rocket Punch
- Marked Intel i7 processor gets you the Rocket Punch
- Buy one of the computers listed Here (http://zigsow.jp/pso2/) to get the Rocket Punch and Anti-A Rifle.
- Buy one of the computers with a wireless controller to get the Rocket Punch, Anti-A Rifle and Pikopiko Hammer

You use the form to send in the item code that comes as a little slip in the box. Don't know about the small details. I'd assume it all has to be bought from JP stock. Disclaimer says that codes can not be reissued, you can't sell the items for real money, it has to be a product that the promotion uses, and you can contact them with questions.

Well, if it's anything like the special items in PSP2, they'll only be useful for a few levels. Not very top-tier gear.

They are Level 1 Weapons, all /Nacht Variants like the other promotionals.

By the Nacht Suffix it's looking likely that these will have their real version included in the game at some point.

They did say somewhere that you could get the real versions of the weapons later on.
