OB Update and POB Bonus Items

A new update is out for the client. Hit the file check button to update. This time around the update is only 7mb, so it should finish off pretty quickly. The new version should be "open β test ver.1.0002.1."

Also on the official site (http://pso2.jp/players/news/?id=76) is news of when the pre-open beta bouquet rifle and early registration mini-rappy dolls would go out. The mini rappy codes will be distributed by email on 21st around 4pm. The bouquet rifle codes will go out on the 22nd around 4pm. These dates are all for Japan so adjust for your time period.

Those are the closed beta item codes. If you've met the criteria for the bouquet rifle and mini rappy doll, you'll get emails with the codes for those too.

The hologram was for the closed beta. The closed beta entry page (http://pso2.jp/entry/) is still up if you'd like to check. The closed beta page also overwrote the second alpha one so I can't go back and check it but looking through old posts only turns up particiaption in the closed beta.

just started up my client to get that "7mb" update and it isn't moving >.<

I know im being a major noob right now but whats the patch for? I didn't participate in any of the beta's so far, Iv'e signed up and downloaded the game (which was about 3GB) and im waiting for the servers to go up. Do i now have to download this patch or im ready to go?

Just says you failed at updating with an error code of 434. Try closing other external applications and try again.

Make sure that you also check in-game and not just in the launcher menu. My launcher menu says 01.02.01 while in-game its 1.0002.1. I'd be more inclined to trust the in-game number. :)

They haven't sent out the bouquet rifle codes yet. When they do, you can use a visiphone to input it.

Right.. checking the translation again it was for the closed beta participation.. And you did say bouquet codes are being sent on the 22nd.. @-@ I should get some sleep....
