Registration help for PSO 2?

So, I'm following the registration correctly. Start with birth date (Year-Month-Day), Sega ID with availability check (blue bar), password that contains numbers and letters, and a security question with an answer under 64 characters. But after all of that, this pops up:

What does it say, and how do I fix it?

Says invalid number for birthdate, you have a number 13+ in the MONTH. So you mixed up the date of birth and the month, fix that and it should let you continue. 月 = month 日　= day.

Hah, ended up having to put a "0" before any one digit numbers, that's all. Lol thank's anyways.
