how to retreat facing the enemy?

When I try to run away from mob, i face the opposite direction of the mobs. How do the ppl retreat facing the mobs?

You have to lock into your target using the Q key! ( ' w '-

If you press tab you will target the nearest enemy and move around without facing away, though you also cannot change the camera. Alternatively, you can press Z to enter reticle mode and always face the direction you aim with the mouse.
