Quick question on Boxes

So I have seen three colors so far. green, orange, and red. Do they have the same meaning as in the previous pso games?

Green: common/random drop
Orange: set drop
red: rare

???

Orange = weapons
Blue = armor.
Green = area drops
red = higher chance for rare (but not necessarily a rare, to my knowledge)
