How to talk in game?

Keep seeing some message pop up at the bottom of my screen when I try to chat anyone let me in on that I'm doing wrong? Also I tried to screenshot the message but It doesn't show up in the picture.

If you look at the thing above your chat box youre probably not on option 1. Its prolly saying *u dont have a party to party chat* or something along those lines. Change it to 1.

Thanks, the bottom selection was on 4 put it to 1 and it works now.

you can press = for public, p for party, o for team/guild, and L for private as well, i've been getting into the habit of pressing = instead of enter now (default keyboard)+^_^+
