I (think) that error is caused by Windows UAC activating while you're playing the game. Were you trying to install something while PSO2 was running right before this happened? ^^;

i finished downloading update then started game and that popped up right before cutscene, I wasnt donloading anything else at the time

Er, did you seriously use a cameraphone to take a shot of your computer SCREEN?

Please use something like CamStudio or Camtasia or Irfranview to take a screenshot so that people with knowledge of Japanese may be able to help you.

Print Screen key plus Microsoft Paint is a bit easier. Fraps is my preference. ;-)

Well you know, even if I could read Japanese--picture is pretty damn blurry, I couldn't even begin to try to type that onto Google or something to translate it. How do you expect someone to help you if they can't even read the error?

Who said I was playing? All I did was chapter 0, then idle in the lobby. Now I'm waiting for Ship 2 to open.

I got this same error, and I'm nicer than the poster. And no, I did not alter any game files.

Yeah, so I need some help because it randomly pops up about a minute after being in the game, no matter what menu I am on....

Possible another program is interfering with it in some way. Earlier I forgot I left PSO running in the background and started a different game and got an error that looks similar to that. Try closing down unnecessary stuff and starting the game again.

There's one JP player that got this error back in Alpha 2, seems for him/her the error was fixed after a reinstall. Dunno if it'd work for you. :T

Not trying to make you sound stupid, but just incase you didn't know.... did you try the file repair? It is the third from the top option on the launcher screen. It checks the files to make sure they are all ok.

Edit: it might be fourth option, I'm not at my PC right now.... It won't take you to the website.

well the problem is that because you used your phone, it is very hard to read. it would have been better to take a screen capture and post that.
