can someone help me? i downloaded the pso2 downloader, installed it and now everytime i try to run it it looks like the game is trying to patch itself then just gets an error.

Uninstalled to try and reinstall but i can not download it from the site :( halp!

The patch servers are probably overloaded. Chances are it is timing out while attempting to patch. You're just going to need to keep retrying till it works.

one last thing what is error #678? keep getting that when i try to log in

I believe 678 is that you are not registered for the beta. You have to not only make a segaid, but also sign up for the PSO2 beta from your segaid.
