Controller problems

Hey, I'm having trouble getting my controller to work right. The analog sticks dont work at all. All the buttons are functioning as I can jump, attack, use PA, block and dash, but I cannot walk around. Anyone got any ideas how to get my analog sticks working?

There's supposedly an ingame option that auto configures your controller.. Go to that bumped.com pso site.. Can't remember exact URL sorry, I'm at work. :(

Just dash around the entire map.

I used the menu to exit but I don't think I've been prompted to save before. I don't think anything is necessary on the player's part.

Anywhere! u can go to the missions counter, join a party/ solo then go into the gate thing. I'm sure u'll find it.

Go up stairs or orange elevator to run into the scientist looking chick for the matter board.
