Unable to login to a ship

This same video still applies, I attempted to reset my password, but I am still unable to login. :(

Anyone know what I am doing wrong? I highly doubt that ALL of the servers have filled up, I just reset my password, and I attempted to use my old password as well, so I am not sure why I am not getting in to the system.

Error 603, which is what you're getting in that video, is wrong password. Are you absolutely sure you are entering it correctly? Remember that upper/lowercase DOES matter. That was getting me last night as well, I entered my password like 10+ times before I realized I had made my password uppercase.
