Stuck on loading (bursting) screen

So i created my character (ship 10 fyi) and click "play game" i was expecting it to take me to the tutorial. It brought me to the blue loading/bursting screen (the one where your camera goes through the circles) and it kept loading like that for a long time, i let it wait for 20 minutes and it still didnt load. Any1 have any idea?

Did you try restarting the game?
That screen only lasts a few seconds for me.
