Was I supposed to subscribe to that? At first, I thought it was rather pointless at the time due to the fact that it'll be in Japaneses anyway, but I've read something in the psblog saying otherwise. Is it too late to correct my mistake? :/

If you're playing the game right now you should be subscribed already. It was one of the requirements to play (at least in alpha-2 & closed beta)
