Story quest

hi,

I'm stuck atm, after completing the mission 0 and speak to a npc I have access to the Matter Board but i don't know how start the mission

When I talk to the npc for start mission I have only "Arks Quest" like the screenshots

How can I unlock this quests ?

Story Quest: To unravel the mysteries of the world of PSO2.
Emergency Quest: A difficult quest that shows up for a limited time.
Free Field: Travel through the field freely at your leisure. You can return to the Arks Lobby at any time.

As for story quests, I have no idea. Didn't even realize there was such a thing.
