Can't start up game

Every time i download PSO2 and try to start up PSO2_SETUP it gives me an error that just shows up as a bunch of squares, 2, more squares, OS, and more squares. Windows XP can't hope to understand Japanese error messages.

I've tried to re-install the game but the same thing happens. Even on the character creation thing that came out a while back this happened.

Please help i'm lost and just want PSO2.

Hmmm, what are your computer specs? Maybe someone here who is more computer savy than I may be able to see if it's a computer problem.

There is a Tech Support sub forum (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=14) for this kind of thing now. You need to give more information for anyone to help you or you may find your answer in there.

Side note: If you have your XP installation disk I believe they have Japanese in there as another language for you to install so your computer wouldn't show [][][] all over it.
