Second to last option on purple '?' terminal to enter code, third option (then second option in that menu) on blue 'rubiks cube' terminal to get your stuff.

does it bind on equip? trying to figure out if its worth having in my bank if i can't even equip it yet since the char im on isn't a ranger and never will be.

Non-rangers can equip it, it doesn't seem to bind (unequips like a normal item), and it gives you the ranger-style roll while you're using it.

Actually, Crappie is the direct Japanese translation of Rappy. You got a rappy doll for your room :)

It's 8 stars, and yeah, it's account-bound once you agree to the equipping warning message.

It has 129 attack power and an EXP boost Lv1 bound ability.
