Where is ship 10s people?

I couldn't make a ship 2 char so I went to 10.. and I don't see ANY english speaking people :( also nothing makes sense.. I can't figure out where to go or what to do.

Look for a green teleport. pick a block that looks full matbe 20-21

Thats where ships 10 ppl seem to gather up.atleast thats where everyone was yesterday ^^

I'm on ship 10, still getting through the ep zero stuff tho.

Edit: On Block 20. A few people speaking english here, thankfully. XD I just have to leave noob status before I can bother talking to anyone.
