Matter board: C5

I'm supposed to get a drop from the flying birdy guys in the 7+ mission.

I've run that mission over 20 times, as well as free forest about 5 times and have yet to obtain the drop.

Low drop rate, or am I running the wrong mission?

You sure you have the matter board quest selected? If not, the item will not drop.

Honestly, I've just been selecting random matter board quests and client orders and doing missions. Eventually I complete them :P

Yes, it is selected.

I've considered selecting a different one, then reselecting it to reset it. In fact, I'll try that now.

EDIT: Or not. Maintanence.

EDIT2: I found an updated guide, and the C5 mission has different requirements.
