So how do I pause the download for the beta

I've had it running for 5 hours and have other stuff I want to do yet after asking some friends who can actually read it they don't see an option to pause it

Anyone know?

It should automatically pick back up. My internet went out a few times during mine and restarting the launched did just fine.
