Cant use my wired Lance PA?

So I have a lvl3 BAINDOSURU but it not in my list of PA. When I try to set a PA for my wired Lance only PA I can use is the digging one. What happened to the lvl3 PA I used?

Did you learn it? It maybe another weapons pa's.

Yeah I learned it. And Im sure its for the wired lance
Im sure I learned it because I cant use the lvl 1 one because it says I learned the lvl3 already.

Maybe just hope you find a level 4 or 5 version and that adds it to your list, that's all I can think of at this point

Is there is glitch for Wire Lances. I jsut found a lvl4 AZA SPIN PA for the wired lance but I cant use it even if my current lvl is 0 for the PA.

Yes, the required is 210 and i have 214. seems like wired lace PAs dont like me

Have you tried changing blocks, changing class, or re-logging?

yup just tried all of those but still nothing. Ill just try find another one... hope this problem goes away.

But its not in my list of PAs
You already have that PA at lvl 3, that's why you can't learn the lvl 1 disk. In the 2nd picture, it's the last PA in the first row.

as a force i use the gunblade allot "fun!"

but is here a cap for it? i mean am i always able to keep learning higher level pas? is there a requirement for each pa? i'm a bit confused about it.
