Movement issue

My game wants to type into chat instead of moving. I googled a lot but couldn't find a fix for this. Is there an easy way to toggle it off?

what type of gamepad/ are you using joy2key? My logitech ps3 knockoff was automatically detected, all i did was turn it on and it worked normally. You shouldn't have to change any settings, though I know there is a setting to make you press enter to start typing, not sure which =/

press the scroll lock button, it toggles chat-only keyboard.
