Where do you find/buy grinders? Any way to check how many you have?

I got a grinder from the FUN Scratch.

You mostly find them on the ground. It's the last tab in your items with the picture of a sack. It will say ｸﾞﾗｲﾝﾀﾞ

They're a somewhat common random drop from any enemy, I believe.

I recall getting a few from green crates, too.
