Best way to get Vriadas?

I need a drop from Vriadas for my E-5 matter board quest. Vriada's are those flying bug queen things right? How should I get them to spawn? I have like a 50/50 chance of seeing 1 or 2 (where the other 50 is 0) in that level 5 dungeon...I've never seen one once in the level 7 or 9 dungeon (I had 2 dark ragnes' in a single run of the level 9 dungeon though! geeze)...Isn't there a better way to get them? Or are they not even the enemy I need. I want to get this damn matter board quest done qq.

The best place is definitely the city quest when it appears, although you might get lucky and run into them in the forest free field quest. Try running with a full party, emergency quests seem to happen more often when you do.
