Can someone please explain to be like kinda step by step how to get the Free Run Forest Quest.

1-Complete the four normal forest missions (The fourth is the rappy arrest one)
2-Collect the client order from Koffee (NPC to the right of the quest NPC at the counter)
3-To complete the client order, S rank the third forest mission in under 10 minutes, and S rank the fourth in under 12.
4-Turn in client order
