Was running the Catardran mission and got a red weapon drop halfway through its got a gunblade symbol, but everything else on it is replaced with "?" , does anyone know what are or are used for? thank you

You have to Tekker it. Go to the grinding counter; guy next to him.

Go to the tekker and tekk them and then use them. THey are uninditified items and need to get indentified to be useable.

You can find the tekker next to the weapon shop on the shopping floor
