Hey all, here is a quick emote/chat bubble reference guide for your enjoyment. I pulled it together quick to save keyboards from senseless mashing, unless mashing is your thing.

Emote Reference:

You should know there's also a six and seven for the cut-in. I think the six is for thinking, and seven is just a straight face.

I was thinking I could use more faces that were serious without looking angry. Time to revisit my auto words and shortcuts.

It should also be noted that the chat commands can be chained.
I.E.
/ci1 1 /moya [msg]
or
/mn1 /ci1 1 [msg]

Thanks Nitro, had no idea six and seven were present. I’ll update the picture.

Thank you alatnet, I’ll edit the post to reflect that command chain. I didn't know you could chain them!

*Starts to scheme about new chat combinations…*

Some additional commands to learn and enjoy in case of macro.
<me> - The character of my name
<t>: Names of people and objects in the target current
<wp>: The name of the currently equipped weapon
<pa>: The name of the photon arts that was used to just before
<tc>:The name of the technique was used
<area>: Name of area you are in
<pos>: Your map coordinates
<class>: Current type and level
<hp>: Maximum HP HP / current
<pp>: Maximum PP PP / current
<skill>: Unknown. Because the command is replaced by a blank, some functionality is pattern.
※ Okikawara also not currently using a class skill.

I have "/ci2 1 /toge I'm so FREEEEEE" as my Emergency Code complete.

Yeah, I'm a terrible person.

Wow, this is pretty useful, thanks for posting it. Now I'll be able to yell out the location of Emergency Codes easier.

If I remember correctly in PSU couldn't you also attach voice sounds to the quick chat. Is it possible to do in PSO2 and if so what are the commands?

There's no chat-shortcut to pop up your Symbol Arts, is there? It'd be nice to be able to set symbols at auto-words, but I guess that'd mean they'd need to be stored server-side for the Friend Partner NPCs.

Why is it that for me the /ci commands only seem to change sound effects, and not faces? I'm trying to create emotes and autowords using faces. /toge and /moya have no problems, and /mn has no problems either. The only things I can't seem to get to work are the /ci(insert number here)(space)(Insert second number here) example: even the sample /ci1 1 /moya doesn't work, just displays a sound and a bubble, but no face. Sample: /mn22 /ci1 1 /toge, no face appears, but otherwise everything else works. It shows an ear icon rather than a face. I appreciate any help you can give towards allowing me to customize my game experience via autowords and CTRL+F1-10 keys, thanks.
