Drop with "???"

Can't post a screenshot atm, But has anyone gotten a drop with a pretty much no info about it? Icon is even a question mark. But I can tell from smaller description that its a Disk Thrower.

Anyway, what do I do with it?

Wow nvm. followed instincts and just went to upgrade counter..
