City quest/Emergency...

So the screens right now are currently blinking that red text, which IIRC means there is an emergency quest up...

I can't seem to start it though. Is this because it's at a different counter or that it has not started yet?

There's an alert screen that goes up before the mission opens. Then comes the mission itself after a bit.

I think the screens started doing this 15-20 minutes ago... seems like a long lead time.

Yeah just mailed Nucca about this because I figured he knew better than me. Seems strange; I was waiting the other night and it never came so I hope that's not the case this time around.

So far I haven't seen any city urgent quest either and I played a lot this weekend. Did sega remove it for obt?

The screen up right now isn't the one that tells you the emergency quest is coming.

i saw the mission quite a bit the 1st day of OBT.. havent seen it since though.
