Matter board 2 issue

So I'm 100% on matter board 1 and when I go the shops area I should get a cs so I can get to the matter board 2. Doesn't matter what I do I can't seem to get the cs.

Me and my friend finished the last mission on matter board 1 together and he got the cs and I didn't. Anyone have an idea on why I won't get the cs ??? Thanks.

Nevermind I got it... You need to have the story mission completed from the mission counter. When it comes to the cross-road in the mission if you head strait you will just exit the mission which i had done. If you head to the right you will find a white haired girl and complete chapter 1.
