And when a block is full, it generally goes down or starts experiencing issues (lag, freezing). So it's probably just an overload of users there that caused it to be full.

On a similar note, is it just me or did they lower the player cap of all blocks after last night's maintenance? It seemed like they were a lot more full this morning than usual.

That's not true. The block still shows when it is full. Evident by people trying to log in repeatedly but not being allowed...because it's full...

Anyway, Block 20 is gone?!?! I go back to real life for a few hours and come back to Armaggedon.
