What kind of magic weapon can use my RAmarl? cause i cant use rods and i want use some techs D:

Techniques are only usable by FOs.

Because your character can change freely between classes. While techniques aren't usable as HUs or RAs, all techniques you've learnt will be usable when changing to FO.
