Maloo

I am a level 9 force and Maloo won't talk to me. I've switched between classes and checked to see if I had her card which I do not. Does anyone know if there are prereqs for getting the client orders from Maloo? I've searched here, on bumped.org, and google but can't find any information on this problem. Perhaps I am not speaking to the right npc. Is she the short pink haired girl to the right of the middle elevator in the lobby? The face looks the same as the picture on bumped.org. Thanks in advance for any information pertaining to this problem.

Odd. She only has three client orders total, counting the one telling you to change to force, and I believe I got her card for completing the two kill 20 with X ones.

Have you done the first couple matter board requests?
