Yeah I've noticed this.
Perhaps if you take a pic of the quest someone can just directly translate it.

I just did it, You need to take her alone with you to fight the Dragon and S rank it.:)

is it free field S rank it or do u have to go the quest counter and choose tat boss?

The class NPCs later give a client order to S-Rank Free Field Desert with just them once you've unlocked Free Field Desert, for your information.
