Noob questions (photon blast,hard mode,weakness)

1. I read that mags have up to three different photon blasts per shape/evo, do you only get one? or can you choose at will each time?

2. Hard mode - once you unlock hard mode do you get all missions in hard or gotta unlock caves or desert again?

3. Example: monster in the forest usually have a fire symbol and a wind symbol. I assumed wind is weakness since it affects them if i hit them with a wind weapon but not sure what fire means.

4. What is the name of the skill that everybody says is super broken in rangers?

1: No one knows
2: It's all unlocked, although mission requirements range from level 20 to 30
3: Those are all weaknesses, there are no resistances in PSO2
4: Dunno, weak bullet?
