I had to download some software to synch my controller to my PC. It turns out that even though Windows recognizes the controller, it doesn't actually respond. I just googled "how to use a PS3 controller on a PC" if you are interested.

Download motioninjoy from here:

http://www.motioninjoy.com/download

And when set up, tick "Xbox 360 Controller Emulator" on DS3 Tool before loading the game. :)
