Recycle Shop Help

So I'm trying to figure out how to get the color change ticket from the Recycle Shop (light blue shop with shopping cart icon). I read that you have to trade costumes to get it, but I can't figure out how to acquire and "trade" the costumes. Does he only accept costumes bought with ARKS Cash, or just any costumes?

well, back in the CB the only costumes this worked for were the ones you got from doing the ARKs cash lotteries, so im assuming the same rules more or less apply here

Dang, I really wanted to tweak some of my colors on my cast without having to reroll :-( ...but seeing as there is no way to get AC lotto tickets in OBT, guess I'll have to wait til release.
