Can't get orders rewards or new orders

I'm having an issue... I can't get any order completion reward or new orders... This never happened to me in Closed Beta...

My bank/Inventory has plenty of space available...

20 client orders is the max iirc. And dunno about you not being able to hand in completed ones. Try a relog?
