What is the best way to find grinder material

I am having very bad luck finding it and I was wondering if a certain mission or enemy dropped it more often.

In general? You don't. If you offer a live sacrifice to the random number generator, though, you might get one from the FUN scratch ticket machine. That's currently the only way.

Yes there are a few enemies that drop Grinders frequently.

I did the Rappy hunt mission for a while and I noticed that the Gulfs/Wolves drop Grinders pretty often, Agnis/Birds drop the other upgrade thing that looks like a spray not sure what it's good for(I'm talking about Hard difficulty only here).

Also Rappies(The small rappies with the big head) spawn in the Kartago Hunt Cave Mission really often(more often than on any other map) and the rappies always have a good chance to drop grinders.

Im going to ask a really dumb question. I know about grinding a weapon, but what are grinders?

Grinders are the materials you need to grind weapons.

That's unfortunate. It makes grinding weapons with a higher rarity rating near impossible.
