If you saw in the trailer, you see a cast with the hover boots. Where do you get them??

Its built in. CAST only.
Go to make-over counter and choose it as your way of movement.

somewhere near the bottom... you'll see your character running if you select the right menu. It's not that hard to figure out even if you can't read Japanese...
