Change cast colours in-game?

I went to the pink shop, but the colour thing seems grayed out.

You currently can't change colors (this goes for cast and clothe colors). To change your body color you will need an AC outfit and trade it to the recycle shop (it is next to the room shop) to get a color ticket.

Yeah I've see people with the outfits when I inspect them. How do you get those? I would like to possibly do this.

outfit are from the scratch coupon log in daily to get 100+alpha point, send goodjob to get 1-5 pt 10 times a day and get 3-5 pt from bringing and clearing a mission with a party friend
