Someone tell me the use of a Ranger?

I have played as a ranger, and as a hunter. Hunters have much cooler weapons, and can do just about anything, so tell me why I should even stick to my level 46 Ranger?

Unless you got a spread needle I would stay witha range... I think the shot-series are worth using...and the justy (rifle) has damage and range so you can kill enemys without them noticing, and if you want to get a chain swad and you can imitate a hunter http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_razz.gif, I personally use rangers because they can use shot-series, (i dislike spread needle kinda, it takes out the fun~! but i don't mind having one for offline or something or to show off once in a while..)and rifles. range and multi hit is fun http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_razz.gif, and hunter is too easy, ranger are average, and force just so damn annoying and hard http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_razz.gif

Well, my lvl. 81 Racast is pretty damn cool if you ask me. I can put the hammer down on enemies clear across the room without them even recognizing that I'm there. My freinds all think that my character is cool, and I get to use some pretty cool guns as well, my C. Bringers rifle gets comments all the time. I say stick with it man, at first its kinda hard to play as a ranger, because you don't do a whole lot of damage even with a strong combo, but eventually you'll be able to hang with high lvl. hunters etc., because you can dish it out from long distances.

Rangers, when you positively absolutely got to kill every mfer in the room.

Only thing that can match a ranger is a high level force charcter and even then I don't need TP for my high damage attacks.
