Possible CO glitch. Translation?

I get this error when I try to turn in Echo's mag feeding CO. I have it completed, and it says I can turn it in, yet I've never been able to. Anyone know what that says? All I know is that each line starts with 'item'.

Your bag/inventory is full. Throw some stuffs in storage or sell the useless weapons.

I think she's trying to give you a monomate or something like that. She's had a checkmark over her head for me forever.

I had the same problem so i kept lookin at what her request was and then i realised that the problem was with the reward. I was full on that particular item. Iirc its a dimate she wants to give you (maybe even two).

Ahh, got it, I'll take some out and see if that fixes it.
