Need help with a quest. Philia

When I'm trying to turn in this quest she rejects it for some reason even when i have an extra space for another quest.

She's trying to give you the client order reward, but either your inventory is full or you can't carry anymore of the type of item she's trying to give you (ie. you're at 10/10 dimates).

Check the client order info to see what the reward is, make space in your inventory, and then try again.
