Can I buy it in the beauty shop? If so, which one is it?
Another person told me it was at the Character creation, but where?
Can Someone Help :(

You can toggle it in the beauty shop and during character creation. It's the option just above randomize (which is in turn above save and load)

Gotta create it with your character upon creation.

3rd primary option category from the bottom...I believe.

Let me see if I can check for sure.

EDIT:

Randomness ninja'd. Was about to check if the beauty shop allows you to toggle.

you have to select it when you create your character, you cant change it. or maybe you can i just dont know how.

Beauty shop has all the options of character creation really, just not all for free. What is and isn't free is rather... odd at times.

(Like eye color/shape is free, but not hair color)

I dont see it, Can you post a picture of where it is in the CC, because all i see above Randomize all is Accessory 1,2,3 and Emblem.

Doesn't seem to be in the benchmark/char creator program, and I don't have a cast in the OB, I just remember it from helping a friend with the OB.

Im sorry for being a bother :( But where is the beauty shop located? A picture of the shop will help and what choice do i pick for it.

Shop area, second floor, and it's pink. Very hard to miss.
