grinders???

well i used up all my grinders to TRY to make ma new wep to +10. i need way more grinders. i had 30 nd its gone like POOF!@#@! so, my question is where can i get grinders? any NPC shops sell them? or it drops form monsters? or it comes out of thoses boxes? i need grindersssss!!! im pretty sure no one is selling them. plz tell me if u know.

Have a chat with the lady to the left of the skill counter and cash in the titles you've been picking up; many of them reward grinders.

Other than that, they drop from enemies as the six star green boxes. Rappies (not the common ones; the uncommon, fluffy, stupid looking ones) also drop them fairly frequently.
