ive done the level 1-7 dungeons and im level 12 how do i do ther other ones like the caves and the city and stuff

Hi. For a lot of story progression you have to S-rank certain levels in certain time limits like 12 - 16 minutes. City is special, it just comes up at certain times and everyone tries to spam it while it's there.

And you can't trade unless you pay money I think.

Mostly correct. To unlock Caves, you have to complete a client order from the NPC Koffee (which is to S-rank clear Free Forest <15 min).

You can drop consumables or just healing items not sure.
Else you gotta use the shop to trade items by putting your items in there for at least 1000meseta is the minimum price to sell it to whoever you want.
