How do I get item codes?

I've read about them but not sure how to get any of them. Can anyone give me a list of items and how to get their codes?

Some codes u get from purchases others u get from past betas +(now impossable unless someone gives u them) im sure more is to come. Now means to get the purchased ones... sorry dont no.

Spazayd> game item code that are out now are from the closed, playopen, and beta event handed out to the account that cleard the condition and sent to the e-mail regesterd to it. other then that it is from the magazine that they are selling has a item code.
